When will my order ship?

Items will ship within 5–7 business days. This is the shipping timeframe, not an arrival date.

How do I confirm my personalization and spelling?

Enter names and wording exactly as you want them to appear, and double-check spelling before ordering. Follow the personalization instructions on your product listing. For questions about confirmation or correcting an order, contact us with your order number and the wording you want to check.

How will my item be packaged?

Packaging depends on the item. Many pennants ship flat; larger than 30-inch name pennants ship rolled in a box. Initial banners ship flat in the regular size and rolled in the larger size. Check your listing for item-specific details.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

No, gift wrapping is not available.

How do I hang my pennant or banner?

Follow your listing’s display instructions. Many felt pennants can be hung with tacks or sticky strips, or displayed in a frame. Soft felt pennants do not stand on their own. These items are decorative and are not toys.

Can I iron my felt item?

Follow the care instructions on your product listing. Where indicated, iron from the back on medium heat. 

Can I return a personalized item?

We do not accept returns on personalized items.
